Series 30<br />

The <strong>co</strong>ncept<br />

An automatic filling machine of the type range 30 for the filling of drums, cans/pails or even palletised <strong>co</strong>ntainers will soon pay off.<br />

These machines do without the wide ranging <strong>co</strong>mbinations of variants which enable the integration of the electro-pneumatic <strong>co</strong>ntrol with<br />

the keypad into one <strong>co</strong>mpact stainless steel <strong>co</strong>ntrol cabinet. The <strong>co</strong>ntrol cabinet is directly <strong>co</strong>nnected to the machine – <strong>co</strong>mpletely wired<br />

and hosed. The frame <strong>co</strong>nstruction, appropriate for lorry transport, guarantees low shipping <strong>co</strong>st and minimal installation work on site.<br />

The same applies to hazardous area application. In this case, the <strong>co</strong>ntrol cabinet is purged (pressurisation, EExp, in <strong>co</strong>nformity<br />

with ATEX regulation). Thus, no cable or hose laying is required!<br />

Feeding, exact positioning, filling (W&M approved filling) and removal for out-feed of one drum at a time.<br />

And it is up to you: The drum can even be de-bunged, re-bunged or purged.<br />

A double filling station (pre- and final filling) is also available to increase the output.<br />

For in-feed and out-feed your <strong>co</strong>ntainers are transported with a roller <strong>co</strong>nveyor. A lateral <strong>co</strong>nveyor between the roller <strong>co</strong>nveyors exactly<br />

positions the <strong>co</strong>ntainers to the filling station where they are filled as per W&M legislation.<br />

Additional working steps may be effected at the other positions: removal of dust caps, inerting, bunging of caps, placing and pressing<br />

in of lids.<br />

In order to increase the output the filling can be effected with product flow <strong>co</strong>ntrol.<br />
