Automatic Pallet Filling Machine for the filling of containers on a pallet
Before filling starts, your containers are placed on pallets. In case of automatic filling the camera system with lighting automatically
locates the bungholes of the containers. All kinds of containers, ranging from a 10 kg can to a 1.500 kg IBC can automatically be
filled. The base height adjustment of the filling unit enables automatic adjustment to different container heights.
The whole Manufacturing Programme
A range of products is available that has particularly been designed to meet your requirements
on gravimetric filling of containers from 1 kg to 3,000 kg. You can choose from a variety of
semi-automatic and fully automatic filling machines. We can offer complete systems for fully
automatic packaging processes through the combination of filling equipment with our conveyor

The concept
An automatic filling machine of the type range 30 for the filling of drums, cans/pails or even palletised containers will soon pay off.
These machines do without the wide ranging combinations of variants which enable the integration of the electro-pneumatic control with
the keypad into one compact stainless steel control cabinet. The control cabinet is directly connected to the machine – completely wired
and hosed. The frame construction, appropriate for lorry transport, guarantees low shipping cost and minimal installation work on site.
The same applies to hazardous area application. In this case, the control cabinet is purged (pressurisation, EExp, in conformity
with ATEX regulation). Thus, no cable or hose laying is required!

Automatic Drum Filling Machine with one, two or three working stations
Feeding, exact positioning, filling (W&M approved filling) and removal for out-feed of one drum at a time.
And it is up to you: The drum can even be de-bunged, re-bunged or purged.
A double filling station (pre- and final filling) is also available to increase the output.

Automatic Pail/Can Filling Machine with three or four step lateral conveyor
For in-feed and out-feed your containers are transported with a roller conveyor. A lateral conveyor between the roller conveyors exactly
positions the containers to the filling station where they are filled as per W&M legislation.
Additional working steps may be effected at the other positions: removal of dust caps, inerting, bunging of caps, placing and pressing
in of lids.
In order to increase the output the filling can be effected with product flow control.
