The company started its operation in 1975 and can look
back at 35 successful years as engineering company,
which is among the top players and general contractors
in the field of silo technology and pneumatic conveying.
IBAU supplies world wide to the cement, lime & gypsum
industries, as well as coal fired power plants and alumina
industry.
IBAU HAMBURG has 140 employees and owns five
assembly shops in Hamburg-Allermoehe and Gallin, besides
the office building in the heart of the City of Hamburg.
IBAU Technology can be found world wide in power
plants, the alumina industry as well as in the cement, lime
and gypsum industries. IBAU supplies state-of-the-art silo
and conveying technology for dry bulk materials, such
as cement, lime, raw meal, coal dust, FGD processes,
gypsum and fly ash. Among IBAU HAMBURG’s clientele
are renowned main contractors and cement producers,
as well as well-known utility providers.
The product portfolio ranges from central cone-, storage-,
blending- and multi-compartment silos, including those
with integrated mixing plants. Load out systems for tank
trucks, railway wagons and ships, dosing stations for all
types of dry bulk materials are also part of the IBAU
manufacturing program. The range of pneumatic
conveying systems includes screw pumps, blow tank
conveyors, dosing feeders and blending systems.
With IBAU solutions, plant and logistics concepts are
systematically planned and implemented, leading to
construction and expansion of plant structures, which will
meet future demands. The goal is to have a long-term
investment plan with a plant structure providing an
economically sensible and sustainable base to build on.
