Product Range
Haver Filling Systems, founded in 1977 in Harrison/
New York, is a subsidiary of Haver & Boecker, in
Oelde/Germany. The company moved to its own facility
in Conyers, Georgia in 1989 and has grown steadily
ever since. Our Team is responsible for the markets of
North America, Central America, the Caribbean as
well as some countries of South America.
Haver & Boecker, the German parent company, was
founded in 1887. The company had always had strong
ties to the United States. The second generation of the
founder’s family traveled as early as 1914 to the US.
The purpose of those trips was to establish a distribution
center for wire-cloth in the Philadelphia area. Later, in
1925 Haver acquired the license from the Modern-Bag-
Packaging-Company in New Jersey to build and distribute
valve bag packing machines in Europe. A similar license
agreement was signed again in 1930 to manufacture
and sell four-bearing screens in Europe.

Company Profile
Product Range
The company started its operation in 1975 and can look
back at 35 successful years as engineering company,
which is among the top players and general contractors
in the field of silo technology and pneumatic conveying.
IBAU supplies world wide to the cement, lime & gypsum
industries, as well as coal fired power plants and alumina
industry.
IBAU HAMBURG has 140 employees and owns five
assembly shops in Hamburg-Allermoehe and Gallin, besides
the office building in the heart of the City of Hamburg.
IBAU Technology can be found world wide in power
plants, the alumina industry as well as in the cement, lime
and gypsum industries. IBAU supplies state-of-the-art silo
and conveying technology for dry bulk materials, such
as cement, lime, raw meal, coal dust, FGD processes,
gypsum and fly ash. Among IBAU HAMBURG’s clientele
are renowned main contractors and cement producers,
as well as well-known utility providers.
The product portfolio ranges from central cone-, storage-,
blending- and multi-compartment silos, including those
with integrated mixing plants. Load out systems for tank
trucks, railway wagons and ships, dosing stations for all
types of dry bulk materials are also part of the IBAU
manufacturing program. The range of pneumatic
conveying systems includes screw pumps, blow tank
conveyors, dosing feeders and blending systems.
With IBAU solutions, plant and logistics concepts are
systematically planned and implemented, leading to
construction and expansion of plant structures, which will
meet future demands. The goal is to have a long-term
investment plan with a plant structure providing an
economically sensible and sustainable base to build on.

Today’s demands on packing technology in the Building
Materials and Minerals Industry are cleanliness, firmly
filled bags, weight accuracy, high product protection with
attractive appearance.
These demands can be met with Haver’s proven valve
bag packaging technology for high and low packaging
speeds, using In-line packers, INTEGRA and ROTOSEAL
technology.
The alternative solution for high level product protection
is the HAVER HAP Technology. The FFS BENJAMIN or
FFS ADAMS machine is for filling of powdery products
into plastic bags.

We provide packaging and material handling solutions for
chemical products, such as titanium dioxide, carbon black,
polyamide, polyethylene, polypropylene, E and SPVC
and more.
Depending on your product and output requirements,
our custom designed machines always assure consistent
quality, weight accuracy, highest output rates, environment-friendly
operation and user-friendly maintenance.
Our product spectrum ranges from FIBC filling systems
to fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) technology with
output rates of more than 2,500 bags per hour.

Feige Filling Technology USA, LLC. is a member of the
HAVER Group. The company was established in 1998 in
Millersville, Maryland and relocated its operation to
Houston, Texas in September 2000. After becoming
a member of the HAVER Group the company relocated
to Conyers, Georgia in 2006.
Sommer was founded in 1895 in Neuss/Germany and
became a member of the HAVER Group in 2009. The
global active company is located in Düsseldorf/Germany.

Feige Filling offers machines and systems for filling of
liquids and pasty products into containers (IBC’s), drums,
canisters, buckets or bags. The company has extensive
references throughout the chemicals, petrochemicals,
paints, building materials and foods industries. Our
product portfolio ranges from high-speed machines to
semi or fully automatic and complete filling lines,
conveyor and palletizing systems as well as labeling,
stocking and process technology.

In 2010 we completed an office- and warehouse
expansion with the purpose of adding manufacturing to
our portfolio. The production process in our 8,000 sq.ft.
warehouse includes material sourcing, manufacturing
and assembly as well as packing and shipping.
We manufacture state-of-art technology and offer
exceptional support to keep your business operating at
peak performance. As a truly global company, we will
take care of all your packaging needs today and in the
future with German Engineering – Made in USA.
The HAVER INTEGRA was the first HAVER product line
converted for US production. In parallel, we manufacture
FEIGE liquid filling equipment. Our goal is, to manufacture
the entire product line of solids- and liquid filling by
focusing at one machine type at a time.
The local manufacturing process guarantees our customers
a number of advantages, i.e. competitive pricing, reduced
delivery times, on site customer product testing and
inspections as well as local customer training.
Analytic Test Equipment
We not only produce high quality packing machines,
but we also assist our customers in measuring and
monitoring, which allows for process-relevant product
and packaging analyses. HAVER Analytic develops and
manufactures laboratory equipment, which we showcase
and operate in our own laboratory area.

Spare Parts
Haver Services has a world-wide network of service
engineers. Aside from our local service staff, we are able
to pull from our Haver & Boecker affiliated companies
that have over 100 experienced service engineers with
expertise in solid and liquid filling technology and speak
multiple languages.
Customer Training
We offer in-house training at our facility in Conyers,
Georgia and at customer site. Several training levels are
available for operating and maintenance staff. Our service
engineers receive continuous training on our own
equipment, as well as other equipment, so they stay
current on all technological advances. As a result, they are
able to provide the customer with updates on new
applications for their machine.
Haver Services offers a wide variety of spare parts, from
routine wear & tear parts to critical electrical/mechanical
parts. A suggested spare parts list is provided to customers
with the purchase of a new machine to help minimize
potential downtime. We stock the majority of these parts
in our warehouse in Conyers, GA.

Our maintenance agreements are customized to fit our
customers’ needs. Individual checklists are used for each
machine type, which supplies a point by point reference
to inspect the machine. The agreements offer special
hourly rates and a discount on spare parts.
