The implementation matrix below lists the recommended improvement and a time frame
for implementation. All improvements will be the responsibility of the City of
Charlottesville in coordination with neighborhood residents. While the City will be
responsible for the installation of the devices listed below, residents may be required to
assist in the maintenance of neighborhood signs and associated landscaping.
