Members were fully aware of the on-going review of policy in relation to the<br />
use of upvc in conservation areas. In this instance and having regard to this,<br />
Members took the view that the windows were similar to many others on<br />
properties in Clifton Avenue and that their design was not be out of keeping.<br />
The Committee considered representations in relation to this matter.<br />

the Secretary of State decide that the application<br />
can be determined by the Local Planning<br />
Authority the final decision was delegated to the<br />
