community centre (multi-cultural centre) shall only operate between the<br />

hours of 08:00 and 22:00 on any day.<br />

encourage large numbers of people to the premises without the prior<br />

written consent of the Local Planning Authority.<br />

In accordance with the application and in the interests of highway<br />

safety and the amenity of neighbouring occupiers.<br />

12. Amplified music and/or speech shall not be played outside the<br />

premises and no speakers shall be erected on the exterior of the<br />

building.<br />

13. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority<br />

prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved a<br />

scheme of security measures incorporating 'secured by design'<br />

principles shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local<br />

Planning Authority. Once agreed the measures shall be implemented<br />

prior to the development being completed and occupied and shall<br />

remain in place throughout the lifetime of the development unless<br />

otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.<br />

14. Notwithstanding the details submitted prior to their installation details of<br />

any proposed new external doors and windows shall be submitted to<br />

and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The new<br />

doors and windows installed shall be in accordance with the details so<br />

approved.<br />

In the interests of visual amenity.<br />

15. The building shall be used only as a Mosque and Community Centre,<br />

as proposed within the application, and for no other use including any<br />

other use within Class D1 or Class D2 of the Town & Country Planning<br />

Use Classes Order 1987 or in any provision equivalent to that Class in<br />

any statutory instrument revoking or re-enacting that Order with or<br />

without modification.<br />
