4.1 8. Notwithstanding the submitted plans a scheme for refuse and cycle storage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the scheme shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
