4.1<br />
3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority no more than<br />
1 Doctor shall be practising in the temporary GP surgery hereby approved at any<br />

4 Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved a scheme of<br />
security measures including CCTV camera provision for the building hereby<br />
approved and the adjacent stairwell marked blue on the approved plan shall be<br />
submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Once agreed<br />
the measures shall be implemented prior to the development being brought into<br />
use and shall remain in place throughout the lifetime of the development unless<br />
otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.<br />

5 The premises shall be used as a doctors surgery and for no other purpose<br />
(including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and<br />
Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 or in any provision equivalent to<br />
that Class in any statutory instrument revoking or re-enacting that Order with or<br />
without modification.<br />

6 Notwithstanding the submitted plans the main entrance to the building shall be<br />
level or ramped in accordance with details to be first submitted to and approved<br />
in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the approved access<br />

brought into use unless a Traffic Regulation Order along the service road serving<br />

surgery has been implemented<br />

8 Details of all external finishing materials including external colour schemes shall<br />
be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before<br />
development commences, samples of the desired materials being provided for<br />

9 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority development<br />
shall not commence until a scheme for the redesign of the proposal to avoid<br />
building over the public sewer in this location has been submitted to and<br />
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development<br />
shall take place in accordance with the approved details.<br />

10 The use hereby approved shall not commence until proposals for the storage of<br />

11 No open storage shall take place on the site unless otherwise agreed in writing<br />
