The completition of the<br />
indoor show season<br />
Many competitors meet at the attractive show series in Southern Europe and Florida<br />
while the last big indoor shows of the season 2012/13 take place. Young Hanoverians<br />
performed well at the first outdoor shows.<br />

Dressage<br />
Afrika<br />
Afrika by Diamond Hit/Weltmeyer (breeder:<br />
Ingrid Alfaro, Madrid/Spain) became the second<br />
best five-year old at the CDI in Toledo/<br />
Spain. Juan Francisco Fernandez Munoz presented<br />
the black mare.<br />
KH Arvan<br />
KH Arvan (bred in New Zealand) won the<br />
Grand Prix and the Freestyle with rider Vanessa<br />
Way in Feilding/New Zealand.<br />
Blind Date<br />
Victoria Max-Theurer and Blind Date by Breitling<br />
W/Donnerhall (breeder: Margarethe Klare,<br />
Maasen) lived up to their roles as favorites<br />
winning the Grand Prix and the Special in<br />
Stadl Paura/Austria.<br />
Breanna (VA)<br />
Breanna by Brentano II/Weltmeyer (breeder:<br />
Walter Rauen, Spelle) celebrated her first international<br />
victory in Del Mar/USA. She won<br />
the Grand Prix Special with rider Kathleen<br />
Raine in mid March. Breanna finished the<br />
Grand Prix and the Freestyle in second place<br />
at the next show in San Juan Capistrano/<br />
USA.<br />
Condio B<br />
Condio B by Contendro/Willem’s As was successful<br />
with rider Claire Averkorn at the CDIJ<br />
in Stadl Paura. The dark bay with his jumper<br />
pedigree took fourth place in the team competition<br />
for juniors. The pair improved and finished<br />
in second place behind Windhook by<br />
Waikiki in the individual test and in the freestyle.<br />
Danilo<br />
Shelly Francis and Danilo by De Niro/Andiamo<br />
(breeder: Susanne and Jürgen Beck,<br />
Stuttgart) won Prix St. Georges and Inter I in<br />
Wellington/USA. The pair placed third in the<br />
freestyle.<br />
Degas<br />
Degas by De Niro/Regazzoni (breeder: Christine<br />
Müller, Stade) was one of the successful<br />
dressage competitors in Wellington. Jill Irving<br />
from Canada rode him into third place in the<br />
Grand Prix Special.<br />
Der Clou<br />
Iberian horses dominated the competition at<br />
the CDI in Toledo/Spain. Filipe Canelas Pinto<br />
rode Der Clou by De Niro/Matcho AA (breeder:<br />
Dr. Rainer Nitsch, Salzhausen) into third<br />
place in the Grand Prix Special.<br />
Devon L<br />
Devon L by De Niro/Wolkenstein II (breeder:<br />
Hans-Henning v. d. Decken, Stade) won the<br />
Grand Prix Special of West Palm Beach/USA<br />
Don Charly and Minna Telde placed fifth in the<br />
