Hampshire Trial Lawyer’s Association and <strong>of</strong> the Rockingham County Bar Association. He was also<br />
the Chairman <strong>of</strong> the New Hampshire Bar Association Legislation Committee from 1988-1990. Mark<br />
has been a National Alumni School Representative for Brown University, the Senior Warden for Saint<br />
Thomas Episcopal Church from 2004-2006, and a member <strong>of</strong> the Parent Awareness and Caring Team<br />
at his daughter’s school.<br />
Wanda Robertson also has a lot <strong>of</strong> education and experience that<br />
benefits the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> and supports the Legal Department.<br />
Wanda graduated from the University <strong>of</strong> Southern Maine with<br />
Honors with a Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Arts in Political Science in December<br />
<strong>of</strong> 2002. She is a member <strong>of</strong> Pi Sigma Alpha, the National<br />
Political Science Honor Society. Wanda passed a national exam<br />
and was a Certified Legal Assistant from 2000-2005. She also<br />
received the All American Collegiate Scholar Award from the<br />
United States Achievement Academy. She also received the<br />
Departmental Award for Academic Excellence in Paralegal Studies<br />
from McIntosh College, and was on the Dean’s List every semester<br />
during her course <strong>of</strong> paralegal studies. Wanda is currently in her<br />
third year at <strong>of</strong> studies at Massachusetts School <strong>of</strong> Law.<br />

Both Attorney Gearreald and his Legal Assistant Wanda Robertson have been working together in the<br />
Legal Department since January <strong>of</strong> 2003. Attorney Gearreald has also acted as Interim <strong>Town</strong> Manager<br />
since Mr. Barrington resigned and returned to Texas. Mark looks forward to returning to full time<br />
duty as <strong>Town</strong> Attorney when the new <strong>Town</strong> Manager comes on board in March <strong>of</strong> 2007.<br />
