As <strong>of</strong> the time <strong>of</strong> this Report, the Building Department had collected $187,207* in Permit fees, which represents<br />
99.15% <strong>of</strong> the Building Department’s operating budget.<br />
*Note: Over $5,600 in permit fees collected in 2006 is being held in escrow by the Finance Department<br />
pending permit approvals and not included in the end <strong>of</strong> the year collected amount.<br />

- FINANCE DEPARTMENT -<br />
Michael Schwotzer - Director <strong>of</strong> Finance - received his Masters in Public Administration from the<br />
University <strong>of</strong> New Hampshire in 2005. He is a Certified Management Accountant, and he received this<br />
certification from the Institute <strong>of</strong> Management Accounting in 1984. He also received his M.B.A. in 1979<br />
and his Bachelor <strong>of</strong> Arts in 1971 from the University <strong>of</strong> New Hampshire. He has been working in<br />
Finance since 1974, and working as <strong>Hampton</strong>’s Finance Director since July 10, 2006. Mike also worked<br />
for <strong>Hampton</strong> in 1971-1974 as the Health and Code Inspector, and also as a Call Lieutenant in the<br />
<strong>Hampton</strong> Fire Department from 1972 to 1977. Mike is also a private pilot and enjoys extreme sports.<br />
Kristi Pulliam - Payroll Supervisor - attended California State Long Beach University, and also<br />
attended University <strong>of</strong> New Hampshire for one semester. She then transferred to McIntosh College where<br />
she received her Associate Degree in Accounting. Kristi has been working for the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> for<br />
9 years, starting out part time for 3 years as Accounts Receivable and working her way up to her current<br />
position as Payroll Supervisor. Kristi is also the mother <strong>of</strong> 4 beautiful children.<br />
Kathleen Doheny - Accounts Receivable - attended New Hampshire Community Technical College in<br />
Stratham where she received her Associates Degree in Accounting and her Certificate in Business<br />
Management. Kathleen has worked for the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Hampton</strong> since August <strong>of</strong> 2006.<br />
