Multi-Candidate Status<br />

<strong>Halliburton</strong> Company Political Action Committee is a Multi-Candidate, Non-Partisan Political Action Committee<br />

<strong>HALPAC</strong> CONTRIBUTION POLICY<br />

<strong>Halliburton</strong> Company Political Action Committee (<strong>HALPAC</strong>) was<br />

established as a means for Company employees, through voluntary<br />

contributions, to support candidates whose views on matters<br />

affecting the industry represent the best interests of our Company<br />

and its employees. <strong>HALPAC</strong> is a Multi-Candidate, Non-Partisan<br />

Political Action Committee.<br />

A candidate’s eligibility for support from <strong>HALPAC</strong> is reviewed by<br />

the <strong>HALPAC</strong> Executive Committee, which considers the<br />

candidate’s record on business-related issues; the congressional<br />

leadership and committee assignments for which the candidate<br />

might be eligible; the extent of <strong>Halliburton</strong> Company’s facilities<br />

and employees within the candidate’s district and state; and finally,<br />

the candidate’s chances of being elected. Suggestions of<br />

employees are invited.<br />
