responsible energy use.<br />

new and existing capital programs there are recommended changes to infrastructure<br />

master planning integrating the IRP into the business processes of <strong>Halifax</strong> Water. These<br />

recommended changes are discussed in more detail in Section 7 under the IRP<br />

Implementation Plan.<br />
