The costs of the new planning related program activities in the IRP are presented in<br />

Table 7.6 The IRP includes other existing program costs that are associated with<br />

program implementation such as GIS upgrade and the lead services replacement<br />

program. These costs are not shown in the Table but are incorporated into the IRP<br />

through the Five-Year Capital Plan<br />

7.7 LEVELS OF SERVICE<br />

One of the IRP outcomes was the presentation of the 14 IRP planning objectives. Some<br />

of these objectives are linked to current <strong>Halifax</strong> Water LOS. Table 7.7 presents a series<br />

of recommendations for updating/expanding the current LOS to allow a full evaluation<br />

of program implementation.<br />
