PART 30<br />
URBAN RESERVE (UR) ZONE<br />
30.1 UR USES PERMITTED<br />
No development permit shall be issued in an Urban Reserve (UR) Zone except for one<br />
or more of the following uses:<br />
Single unit dwellings, on existing lots provided that a private on-site sewage disposal<br />
system and well are provided on the lot<br />
Passive recreation uses<br />
<strong>Use</strong>s accessory to the foregoing uses<br />
30.2 UR ZONE REQUIREMENTS<br />
In any Urban Reserve (UR) Zone, no development permit shall be issued except in<br />
conformity with the following requirements:<br />
Minimum Front or Flankage Yard: 9.1m<br />
Minimum Side Yard: 2.5m<br />
Minimum Rear Yard: 2.5m<br />
Maximum Lot Coverage: 35%<br />
Maximum Height of Main Building: 11m<br />
