PART 29 INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGE HOLDING (ICH) ZONE 29.1 ICH USES PERMITTED No development permit shall be issued in any ICH Zone except on lots in existence on the date of adoption (July 2, 2002) of this zone for the following: Single Unit Dwellings Open Space Uses 29.2 ICH ZONE REQUIREMENTS In any ICH Zone, no development permit shall be issued except in conformity with the requirements of the RSU Zone.
