c) notwithstanding Section 27.4(a), any C&D Materials Processing Facility which is<br />
to be totally enclosed within a building (no outdoor storage of material, product,<br />
processing area, or equipment) setback from any property line may be reduced<br />
to 10 metres (32.8 feet).<br />
27.5 General Requirements: C&D Materials Operations<br />
No development permit shall be issued for a C&D Materials Operation except in<br />
compliance with the following provisions:<br />
a) the operation complies with the general zone requirements as outlined in Section<br />
26.4.<br />
b) notwithstanding Sections 27.2 to 27.4, inclusive, more than one C&D Materials<br />
operation is permitted on a site and each use shall be subject to the applicable<br />
standards unless the uses are not clearly differentiated than the more stringent<br />
requirements shall apply to the permitted uses.<br />
27.6 General Requirements: Site Plan Approval<br />
C&D Materials Operations are subject to approval of a site plan. The Development<br />
Officer shall approve a site plan for each use which deals with those matters outlined<br />
