PART 9<br />
RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE (RTH) ZONE<br />
No development permit shall be issued in a Residential Town House (RTH) Zone except for one or<br />
more of the following uses:<br />
a) rowhouse or townhouse dwelling;<br />
b) special care facilities for up to 10 residents;<br />
c) neighbourhood parks<br />
d) uses accessory to the foregoing uses;<br />
ZONE REQUIREMENTS RTH<br />
In any Residential Townhouse (RTH) Zone, no development permit shall be issued except in<br />
conformity with the following requirements:<br />

Minimum Lot Frontage<br />
Minimum Front Yard<br />
Minimum Rear Yard<br />
Minimum Side Yard<br />
Flankage Yard<br />
Maximum Height of Building<br />
Number of Dwelling Units Per Lot 1<br />
Lot Coverage 35%<br />
2,000 sq. ft. per unit<br />
20 ft. per unit<br />
15 ft. on local or collector streets where a garage is<br />
within or attached to the dwelling or where off-site<br />
parking is provided;<br />
30 ft. on arterial streets<br />
20 ft.<br />
10 ft.<br />
15 ft. on local and collector streets;<br />
30 ft. on arterial streets<br />
35 ft.<br />
The maximum density of Rowhouse or Townhouse units permitted in this zone shall be 15 units<br />
per net acre.<br />
