THIS IS TO CERTIFY that this is a true copy of the <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Use</strong><br />
<strong>By</strong>-<strong>law</strong> for <strong>Bedford</strong> which was passed by a majority vote of the former<br />
<strong>Bedford</strong> Town Council on the 26 th day of March, 1996, and approved by<br />
the Minister of Municipal Affairs on the 17 th day of May, 1996, which<br />
includes all amendments thereto which have been adopted by the <strong>Halifax</strong><br />
<strong>Regional</strong> <strong>Municipality</strong> and are in effect as of the 27 th day of July, 2013.<br />
