TREASURY NOTIFICATION OF
RESULTS OF AUDIT: The Notification from the Department of the Treasury advising
their determination to close the examination with no change
advisory determination has been forwarded to the Board.
EMERGENCY
MANAGEMENT PLAN:
An updated Emergency Management Plan must be adopted by the
Board of Education annually. No changes have been made to the
Plan this past year and it is requested that the Board take into
consideration any questions or comments that the public may have.
WARRANTS: Bills pending Claims Auditor approval totaling $1,755,153.26.
The Claims Audit Report of these bills will be provided at the next
Board meeting.

A Motion was made by Mr. Marcucci, seconded by Mrs. Catapano,
and carried unanimously (6-0) to approve the CPSE
Recommendations of June 20, 2011.
A Motion was made by Mr. Geringswald, seconded by Mrs. Bottenus,
and carried unanimously (6-0) to approve the CSE Recommendations
of June 20, 2011.
Lynne Norman wished Mr. Manuel well as he leaves Half Hollow
Hills.
A Motion was made by Mr. Marcucci, seconded by Mrs. Catapano,
and carried unanimously (6-0) to adjourn the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
