A Motion was made by Mrs. Catapano, seconded by Mr.
Marcucci, and carried unanimously (7-0) to approve the following
Bid Rejection:
1. Bid Co-Op: West Hollow Middle School
Auditorium/Theatrical Lighting Controls
Upgrades Contract 1 – Electrical/Theatrical
DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS AND
OBSOLETE EQUIPMENT: A Motion was made by Mrs. Catapano, seconded by Mr.
Marcucci, and carried unanimously (7-0) to approve the following
Resolutions:
BE IT RESOLVED upon recommendation of Corinne Carriero,
Instructional Computer Director, that the iMac computers listed on
the attached Appendix C, due to obsolescence or lack of
functionality, are no longer viable for use by the District and are
hereby declared surplus and to be disposed of in a manner that is in
the best interest of the Half Hollow Hills Central School District.
BE IT RESOLVED upon recommendation of Sunil John,
Management Information Systems Supervisor, the computers listed
on the attached Appendix C, due to obsolescence or lack of
functionality, are no longer viable for use by the District and are
hereby declared surplus and to be disposed of in a manner that is in
the best interest of the Half Hollow Hills Central School District.
