Micro ventilator
The life of coolants is considerably reduced by external impurities and lack of oxygen. The micro-ventilation
is based on the principle of flotation. The fluid is enriched with oxygen and at the same time the buoyancy
of oil and dirt particles is artificially increased due to the addition of the very fine air bubbles. The floating
sludge can be removed by our RAPID 2.1 oil skimmer (No. 18300 190, page 477).

Filter wagon ClearUp 250/50SK
With the compact and efficient cleaning cart CleanUp 250/50 the machine tanks can be cleaned in bypass
and external oil can be separated. In this way, expensive standstill times are reduced or even eliminated at
all. The integrated inclined filter SF 250 removes dirt in a reliable and effective manner. With different
fleeces the required filter mesh size is adjusted. An oil skimmer integrated in the tank removes external oil
in a reliable manner. The cleaned emulsion then flows back into the machine tank of the device. Can even
be used to empty the machine tank. In order to operate the device, the hoses just have to be connected
and the plug has to be connected to the 230V power supply.
The filter cart is available in two versions:
ClearUp 250/50: with inclined filter for particle separation
ClearUp 250/50 SK: with inclined filter for particle separation and oil skimmer for external oil separation
