ACT corrosion protection for spindle cooling systems
concentrate
ACT is a fully synthetic water-soluble corrosion protection concentrate for spindle cooling systems.
The ingredients passivate the different materials and provide a long-term corrosion protection. It does not
contain glycols and therefore does not attach galvanized parts.
Advantages:
•prevents electro-chemical corrosion
•protects aluminium, non-ferrous metals and ferrous
metals
•does not wash off copper: no blue stains
•galvanised parts are not attacked
•compatible with the following plastic materials:
NBR, PA, PE, PP, PUR-Ether (e. g. ELASTOGRAN
1100)
Application: dilute ACT with tap water to a coolant of 5 %. The concentration can be checked by means of
a refractometer. Concentration [%] = 1.2x refractometer reading (manual refractometer see No. 41580
page 475).

RTU corrosion protection for spindle cooling systems
ready for use
RTU is a ready-for-use cooling fluid with corrosion protection for high-performance spindles.
The ingredients passivate the different materials and provide a long-term corrosion protection.
Advantages:
•ready for use
•prevents electro-chemical corrosion
•protects aluminium, non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals
•galvanised parts are not attacked
•low maintenance
Application: RTU to be used in undiluted form only. Do not add water. RTU has to be replaced every 2 years.
If additional liquid has to be dosed in the meantime, only RTU is allowed to be added.

System cleaner
The system cleaner is a cleaning agent with corrosion protection for the careful and quick removal of impurities
on tool machines and in coolant tanks and lines contaminated by micro-organisms.
Properties: thanks to the intensive cleaning effect (wetting) of the system cleaning agent impurities,
mould, fungi and yeast colonies are removed from the surface in even inaccessible places and are washed
away with the old emulsion / old solution.
