MQL FERRO universal minimum quantity cooling lubricant
MQL FERRO is apt for minimum quantity cooling lubrication systems (MMS) and is suited for high-pressure
spraying systems. It is produced from vegetable basic oils. This cutting oil gives a fine spray mist and is
characterized by an optimum lubrication effect and its economy in application. It is free from chlorine, sulphur
and heavy metals.

Cutting fluids
Version:
•standard clamping tools for clamping different workpieces
•carbide-tipped, extremely flattened, extended, concentricity tolerance ≤ 0.8 μm
Application: for quick and precise clamping of workpieces on vertical and horizontal machining centres,
milling and grinding machines.
The fluid has a dual cooling and lubricating effect. The result is a clean cut, and the working life of the tool
is also increased. This lubricant is indispensable during cutting operations involving extremely hard steel,
such as stainless steel, nickel chromium steel and similar material. The formation of a built-up edge is prevented
allowing a smooth surface to be created, and narrow tolerances to be maintained. Narrower tolerances
can be maintained.
