MX high-performance cutting oil for deep drilling and broaching
MX high-capacity cutting oils are machining oils free from chlorine and heavy metals. Highest requirements,
characterised by most difficult machining processes, unfavourable machining of many materials
and extreme manufacturing conditions are fulfilled without any problem.
The MX-series is light, with low evaporation, mild odour and even under unfavourable work conditions they
do not tend to foaming or excessive formation of oil mist.
Advantages:

•dimensional accuracy of the boreholes with long serviceable life
Application:
•for all drilling processes with single-lip BTA and ejector tools

MQL ALU minimum quantity cooling lubricant for aluminium
MQL ALU is apt for minimum quantity cooling lubrication systems (MMS) and is suited for high-pressure
spraying systems. This cutting oil does neither contain mineral oil nor additions such as chlorine, phosphor,
sulphur, silicone or heavy metals. It is based on pure vegetable basic oils. Its quality properties which in
particular become important for cutting machining are based on an excellent wetting and lubricating effect.
Advantages:

•improvement of capacity and exploitation of the tools and machines

•dry machines, tools, work pieces and chips
