Execution:
•water-soluble coolants on mineral oil basis with EP– additives
•refractometer value: 1.3
•free of chlorine, nitrite and secondary amino, no hazardous material
Application:
•for maximum requirements, non-rust, improved tool service life, cutting rate and surface quality.
•universal uses for all cutting jobs (turning, drilling, milling etc.)
•even at high pressures and on CNC-controlled machines
•no lubrication film breakdown, no separation of emulsion
•concentration recommended: steel 5-15 %, cast iron 6-7%, metal bond 5-7%
•especially economical: 10 litres concentrate produces 200 litre emulsion (1:20)
•long-term stability against bacteria, especially foam-stable

OX 600 high-performance grinding oil
water-soluble
OX 600 is a light-coloured grinding oil free from chlorine and aromatic compounds for highest demands It
stands out for its extraordinary cooling effect which achieves its full effect above all in case of large material
cutting.
With OX 600 a min. formation of oil mist during the working process is achieved by means of a particularly
selected combination of active ingredients. The grinding wheels are perfectly rinsed and in this way they
continue being abrasive.

AS 200 universal cooling lubricant for grinding
water-soluble
AS 200 is a fully synthetic, water-soluble coolant free from boric acid for grinding. It stands out for a particular,
extraordinary corrosion protection, it does not leave any adhesive residuals and it provides a good
wetting and rinsing. The low pH-value creates favourable conditions for the skin. AS 200 is free from secondary
amines and therefore has to be classified as hardly nitrosatable and fulfils the requirements of
standard TRGS 611.
