Heavy-duty segmented saw blades
Execution: with first and second cut teeth, difference in height 0.3 to 0.5 mm depending on Ø. First cut
teeth on both sides at a 45° slant, main blades made of tempered steel 1400–1600 N/mm².
Application: for cold circular sawing machines.
Standard version type N for steel, cast steel and materials with comparable machining/swarf removal data.
Advantage: segments overlap the main blade on both sides. They are fastened with rivets. This makes it
possible to replace individual segments that are worn out and refit them with new saw blades.
The hole dimensions describe: hole diameters and the number, diameter and distance of the driving holes.
Example: 80/4/Ø 22/120.
When making enquiries, please give the saw blade diameter and cut width, together with the hole dimensions,
tooth spacing or material to be cut.
