Execution: tooth shape A, fine serrated, laterally hollow ground, hole without key slot.
Application: you can use these circular saw blades to make e.g. slots, grooves and similar recessing work
with optimum precision and surface quality. Finishing is often superfluous thanks to the clean cutting performance.
Compared with HSS qualities, cutting speed can be increased by 3–5 times.
Conditions: modern, stable, vibration-free machines; no saw blade oscillation in the straight flange.

should be used; no spindle bearing backlash, precise true-running; work pieces must be firmly clamped to
prevent vibration; a suitable cutting speed can be set up; a suitable feed rate can be set up; a cooling
system should be provided.
Advantage: short machining times, higher cutting speed, longer service life of the circular saw blades, high
productivity, particularly clean cutting surface.
