Angle milling heads
Application: for cutting tasks which cannot be performed with tools clamped only in axial direction.
Advantages:
•no time-consuming rechucking of workpieces
•additional production options
•cost reduction
Available for all machine holders (e. g. HSK 63A, HSK 80A, HSK 100A, MAS BT40, MAS BT50, DIN 69871) and different tool holders (e. g. collets, hydroexpansion,
HSK, Capto, Weldon, cutter arbour).
Angled milling heads:
WSX for individual milling and drilling operations without space restrictions
WWX compared to WSX type, with extended useful tool length (in case of limited space in the tool magazine), internal cooling as an option
WGX for immersion into small holes or in case of limited space
WDX for drilling operations or simple milling tasks in all angles, internal cooling as an option
Execution:
Rotatable 360°, modular design, case-hardened steel, functional surfaces hardened and ground, for horizontal and vertical machining centres, suitable for automatic
tool change.
Stop block:
The stop block is required for holding the torque support arm in place when using angled milling heads and high-speed spindles on machine tools.
