BIS OHARE working together with its sister companies,
BIS Salamis & BIS Hungary, covers all aspects of
storage tank provision including the design and build
of new tanks and the refurbishment of existing tanks.
BIS serves the Petrochemical, Chemical and bulk
storage industries operating throughout the UK,
endeavoring to build long term relationships with all
its’ customers and react effectively to the differing
demands which are placed upon them.
The BIS management and site personnel have extensive experience
of this specialist business, which has been gained over many years in
the industry. This invaluable knowledge has been harnessed with a
view to providing our customers with a professional management
team, backed up by a highly skilled workforce who can complete
projects on time, cost effectively and with the highest standards of
safety and quality.
BIS OHARE has other in house services, such as structural steelwork
and piping design, manufacture and installation. These serve to
compliment and enhance the BIS offering to include high and low
level support steelwork for piping systems, high level platforms,
walkways, ladders. We have the capability to engineer, design,
fabricate, deliver and site install all such structures in coated or
galvanised materials.
Most customers do not have their own in house project engineering
facilities and therefore, require these services to be sub contracted to
consultants. BIS OHARE provides this service; complete from the initial
design discussions, through to handover and commissioning. We
undertake the engineering, design, fabrication and construction of
all storage tank and vessel configurations.
Our fabrication facilities undertake shop built tanks and vessels of
all sizes, shapes and configurations. Materials of construction include
Carbon and Exotic steels, sizes above 4.2m diameter are usually
considered to be too large to transport by road, however, this is
subject to destination and transport. Ex works, delivery to site or
offload and positioning by our own personnel can be arranged, as
required.

We offer a complete coating service including expert advice and
recommendations on the best solution, preparation of the site and
thorough application. We are experts in the field of preparation using
hand and mechanical techniques, hot water and ultra high pressure
(UHP) water jetting and grit blasting. Our overall aim is to apply a
protective coating system that provides excellent corrosion control at
the best value whilst minimising risk to workers and the environment.
We have considerable knowledge, experience and expertise in
supplying access provision.
