To further widen the operation window the HTI heater is paired with Barmag’s cooling tube technology, that while shortening
the texturing zone increases the cooling capacity beyond the capacity of the 1.75 m plate for the most demanding products.
The ambient air cooling effect can be boosted with activation of air conditioned cooling thus allowing to optimally process
products with different processing requirements fl exibly and by elimination of all bottle necks with the highest possible
process speed exceeding the conventional HTI version.

Similarly to the Dowtherm heater coolfl ex version the HTI heater can be paired with the shorter cooling tube of 0.8 m
length. Although decreasing the cooling capacity limits the operation window the shortening of the texturing zone leads to
optimization for very fi ne denier and super micro yarns. The limitation is partially compensated with the also in this version
available active cooling technology.
