For the 240 V Delta version (e.g. USA, Korea, Brasil, ...) the number of zones of the controller<br />

must be equal to the number of zones of the power cable.<br />

Example: Power cable STL/10 = 10 zones will only work with a DPT10 controller. When<br />

another controller is used with a different number of zones, this may lead to power imbalance<br />

resulting in a power fault.<br />

For the Y version (e. g. Europe - 3~/N/PE - 400 V / 230 V - 50 Hz) any combination of<br />

cables and controllers is possible. However, be aware that the maximum number of<br />

zones is determined by the type of the controller and the cable.<br />

Example: Power cable STL/0/5 for a total of 5 zones (DPT5).<br />

Terminal block<br />

The terminal block is used to connect two heating circuits of a 230V<br />

manifold with a control circuit of the temperature controller. The<br />

terminal block is made of porcelain to withstand the high temperatures<br />

at the manifold.<br />
