Please visit the airport websites listed for additional information on ground transportation. Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is located 26 miles northeast of the hotel. Taxi fare to the hotel is approximately $45. Taxis can be hailed through the Ground Transportation employees outside each terminal. Hobby Airport (HOU) is located 14 miles southeast of the hotel. Because Hobby Airport has one concourse, the only airlines that service this airport are: Airtran, American, Delta, JetBlue, and Southwest. Taxi fare to the hotel is approximately $25. Taxis are available at Curb Zone 3 outside of the baggage claim area on the lower level. important registration and cancellation information: HOTEL CUTOFF: The cutoff date for making reservations at the hotel is April 22, 2008! It is 1. important to make your hotel reservations early. See previous page for important rate and contact information. EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: Registrations received by April 28, 2008 will 2. receive a $100 early bird discount. All registrations must be accompanied by payment. PARTICIPATION LIST: To be included on the participation list, registration must be received by 3. May 5, 2008. Confirmation will be sent to all who register by May 5, 2008. If we do not receive your registration form and fees by May 5, 2008, YOU RUN THE RISK OF HAVING TO REGISTER AGAIN ON-SITE. REGISTERING ON-SITE: On-site registrations will be accepted, however, please be prepared to 4. pay with a check, cash, or credit card. We DO NOT invoice for any fees. PURCHASING EVENT TICKETS ON-SITE: Events sometimes sell out in advance of the 5. meeting. Event tickets on-site are sold on an “as available” basis. Payment for Meeting Registration must be in US currency. RETURNED CHECK AND CREDIT CARD FEES: Registrations received that result in a 9. returned check or contains incomplete credit card information including omitted signature, omitted expiration date, wrong number sequences, etc. will be charged a $35 fee charged for each instance. CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made in writing by May 5, 2008 to receive a full 10. refund of registration fee and function tickets. No refunds of any fee or credit will be issued for cancellations starting on May 6, 2008.
