Sealed percentage rate tenders are invited in two separate sealed covers super scribed technical
bid and price bid for “Civil work for Dayapar feeder bay at 66 kV switch yard of KLTPS,
Panandhro” from Registered Contractors in appropriate class with
GETCO/Central/State Government / Railway/Semi. Govt. and who has executed
similar nature of work and magnitude successfully by Executive Engineer (Const.),
GETCO, 220 kV S/S Compound, Bhuj Road, Anjar (Kutch).

The tenders are to be submitted by the intending bidders in single envelop with two separate sealed
and super scribed envelopes as listed below:
Envelope No.1: Technical bid and pre qualification requirement, bid data, details specification.
Envelope No.2: Price Bid.
Technical and pre qualification requirement bid details specification (envelope No.1) will be opened
first and subject to evaluation based on the qualification criteria contained in the individual bid
document.
Price bids (Envelope No.2) of bidders who are assessed and declared as substantially technically
responsive on evaluation of the technical bid will be opened for further commercial evaluation.
The Earnest Money Deposit and Tender fee will be accepted by Demand Draft on any nationalized
bank only situated at “ANJAR”, drawn in favor of “GUJARAT ENERGY TRANSMISSION
CORPORATION LTD.”. Tender without EMD and tender fee shall be rejected. Two separate
demand drafts for Tender fee and EMD should be submitted with technical bid.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION TO BIDDER
1. The tender should be submitted in a sealed envelope on which it should be distinctly
indicated the name of work. Bidder should quote percentage for civil work of
“Construction of Revetment wall for protection of 220 kV tower foundation at Loc. No.
03, 41, 47 & 53 of 220 kV Nanikhakhar – Shivlakha line LILO at 220 kV Kukma s/s.” as
per Schedule “B” of the tender specification.
2. Bidder must be confirming their full acceptance to various terms and conditions of
GETCO’s specification. They should also confirm that offers are based strictly on the
specification data in all respects.
3. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 3550/- shall have to remitted by the bidder by way of
Cash or Demand Draft payable to “Gujarat Energy Transmission corporation Ltd.”
drawn on a schedule bank in Anjar with the tender only. Cheques or in any other form
towards payment of earnest money deposit will not be accepted and the bid will be
disqualified. Registered contractors shall deposit the amount in accordance with the
conditions of registration with the GETCO.
4. The bidder is required to quote only firm prices for all items. No variation on price
statutory or otherwise on raw materials or finished products on any clause will be
accepted.
5. The bidders should note that the completion of above works in all respect in accordance
with the time limit given below is very important and should be strictly adhered to
“Completion in 1 (ONE) Month from the date of issue of letter for commencement of
the work. Failing to complete the work within the period stipulated the contractor will
have to pay compensation as per terms of the agreement; penalty will be levied as per
rules.
6. The bidders should furnish a list of similar works executed by them and clearly mention
the name of the party for whom the works have been completed. The reference of order
number and date performance report of such works is furnished in attached bidding at
Schedule “C”.
7. The bids should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of opening.
8. The prospective bidder shall have executed satisfactorily similar works of large
magnitude in time and have full fledge Engineering Organization to handle this highly
specialized skilled work and such experience will be one of the major consideration in
evaluating and finalizing this tender.
9. The works covered under these specification shall be carried out and governed by
“Tender and contractor for works” booklet appended herewith except where condition
specified in this specifications.
10. COORDINATION WITH OTHERS:
11. The contractor shall have to execute the above works with the concern agencies that
required. The Contractor shall co-operate in all aspects and exchange the necessary
technical data/drawings with the consultants/Architects/Structural Engineers/ Contractors
with permission from Engineer-In-Charge to ensure proper co-ordination and satisfactory
completion of the work in time.
12. Any more information of the proposed work may be referred from the office of the
Superintending Engineer (TR)/ Executive Engineer (Const.) GETCO Transmission
Circle/ Construction Division Anjar: Kutch during the office hours.
13. The successful contractor shall have to sign an agreement as per Gujarat Energy
Transmission Corporation Ltd. rules on a stamp paper and necessary stamp duty charge
shall be borne by the contractor.

14. The bid shall accompany by a covering letter in which the bidder shall give all
information as called for in the specification and any other points which he would like to
consider along with the tender. If such covering letter if not received along with the bid,
it will be presumed that the bidder agreed entirely with the specifications and general
terms and conditions of the contract booklet.
15. Following certified copy of documents are required to be Attached with tender submitted
by you:
a. Solvency certificate latest issued by schedule Bank.
b. Work experience i.e. similar work done, order placed by GEB/GETCO or other
department.
c. Labour License
d. Registration of appropriate class certificate.
e. Provident Fund No.
f. Company Registration copy.
g. Partnership deed copy (if any).
h. Power of Attorney if given.
i. Service Tax Registration
j. Pan Card No.
k. VAT No.
Above documents are required to be attached with tender submitted. Failing which
tender/offer will be rejected/ ignored and no correspondence will entertain in this matter
of future.
16. The work shall commence immediately after the order for commencement is issued.
17. Bidder shall indicate in Schedule-“F” the equipment in his possession and propose to
bring to the site, in case the work is awarded.

All these sections are supplementary to each other and the particulars and requirements
contained have in shall covering the execution “Civil work for Dayapar feeder bay at 66 kV
switch yard of KLTPS, Panandhro.”
19. The testing of materials, concrete cube tests shall be done by the contractor. The alltesting
charges shall be borne by the contractor.
20. No collection of materials shall be made before it is got approved from the Engineer-In-
Charge.
21. Materials, if and when rejected by the Engineer-In-Charge shall be immediately removed
from the Site.
22. All installations pertaining to water supply and fixtures thereof as well as drainage lines
and sanitary fitting shall be deemed to be completed only after giving satisfactory tests
by the contractor.

23. Approval to the samples of various materials, given by the E.I.C. shall not absolve the
Contractor from the responsibility of replacing defective material brought on site or
materials used in the work found defective at a latter date. The contractor shall have no
claim to any payment of compensation whatsoever on account of any such material being
rejected by E.I.C.
24. Approval to any of the executed item for the work does not in any way relieve the
contractor of his responsibility for the correctness, soundness and strength of the
structure as per the drawing and specification.
25. High yield strength steel deformed bars be either cold twisted or hot rolled shall confirm
No. IS 1739-1966 and IS 1139-1966 respectively. It shall also comply with relevant part
of IS 456-1978.
26. Contractor has to utilize the mechanical vibrator for proper compaction for all concreting
work as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.
27. The drawings if any attached with the tender for bid purpose. However contractor shall
have to carryout the work as per the construction drawing issued from time to time.
28. The contractor shall have a separate Provident Fund code of RPFC and the contractor
who not posses separate P.F. code shall not be considered for acceptance of tender.
Contractor has to submit such Certificate showing separate P.F.Code along with tender.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Terms & Condition :
General terms and conditions, commercial terms and conditions for Construction of Revetment wall for
protection of 220 kV tower foundation at Loc. No. 03, 41, 47 & 53 of 220 kV Nanikhakhar – Shivlakha
line LILO at 220 kV Kukma s/s including service deposit, payment terms, warranty, income tax, handing over
and documents of Transmission line, schedules and other formats applicable to this order shall be as per the
tender specification of GETCO as you have to agree to all the terms and condition of our tender specification
in total except to the extent specifically indicated hereunder.
2. Prices & Scope of the work:
The prices and scope of the work quoted for Construction of Revetment wall for protection of 220 kV tower
foundation at Loc. No. 03, 41, 47 & 53 of 220 kV Nanikhakhar – Shivlakha line LILO at 220 kV Kukma s/s
are indicated in the Price Bid + Service Tax as applicable.
3. Security Deposit cum Performance Bank Gaurantee :
Security Deposit is for satisfactory execution of the contract and as Performance Guarantee. Security
Deposit should be in the form of Bank Guarantee. The bank guarantee furnished should have clear one time
validity till the completion of the order in all respect & up to expiry of the guarantee period of 2 (two) years
from the date of commissioning of transmission line. The contractor will have to pay the Security Deposit at
5% of the order value. On placing the order, 2.5% will have to paid in demand draft in favor of „GUJARAT
ENERGY TRANSMISSION CORPORATION LTD‟ within 7 days from the date of the issue of LOI, and the
remaining 2.5% will be recovered from the first two R.A. Bills and higher percentage of security deposit may
be fixed at the direction of The Executive Engineer.
4. Completion Period :
You have to commence the survey activity from the commencement date and shall have to complete survey
and route alignment of transmission lines within 01 Month completing all the activities including preparing
BOQ consisting of quantity of towers and extensions & type of foundations for transmission lines listed in the
Price Bid.
5. Penalty for Delay :
The completion time allowed shall be strictly observed. In case of failure to complete contract work within the
stipulated completion period, you shall be liable to pay penalty at the rate of ½ % value of delayed work per
week or part thereof the contract value subject to ceiling of 10% of the total contract value.
This will deducted from the bills payable either against this contract or any bank guarantee or any other
amount payable under any other contract with the Board.
6. Force Majeure :
6.1 Force Majeure is herein defined as any cause which is beyond the control of the contractor or the
owner as the case may be, which they could not foresee or with a reasonable amount of diligence
could not have foreseen and which substantially affects the performance of the contract such as:
a. Natural phenomena including but not limited to floods, droughts, earthquakes and epidemics;
b. Acts of any Government, domestic or foreign including but not limited to war, declared or
undeclared, priorities, guarantees and embargoes.
Provided either party shall within fifteen (15) days from the occurrence of such a cause notify the
other in writing of such causes.
6.2 The contractor or the owner shall not be liable for delays in performing his obligations resulting from
any force majeure cause as referred to and/or defined above.
The date of completion will subject to herein after provided be extended by a reasonable time even
through such cause may occur after contractor‟s performance of obligation has been delayed due to
other causes.
7. Terms of Payment :
Normally, one R.A. Bills will be paid every month, however, looking to the progress of the work it will be
reviewed mutually and 90% of the cost of work done will be paid to the Contractor on his presentation of R.A.
Bill giving the material account thereof. Remaining 10% Payment will be made after the entire work is

completed satisfactorily in all respect. The payment will be made through Account Payee Cheque only. The
Bill should be submitted to our Deputy Engineer (Civil) BHUJ with a copy to Executive Engineer (Const.),
Anjar. Final bill will be prepared by our Deputy Engineer (Civil) BHUJ within about fortnight from the date
of completion of the work by the Contractor.
8. Presentation of Bills :
Final bill for the concern work in original with one copy shall be submitted to E.E. (Const), Anjar for passing
and processing for payment.
9. Agreement / Indemnity Bond :
You shall have to execute the contract agreement at your own cost on the stamp paper of Rs. 100/- and
have also to submit Indemnity bond on the stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as per the prescribed format appended
with the specification enclosed.
10. Progress :
The progress of concern work shall be reviewed by the GETCO from time to time by way of meeting and you
have to submit the fortnightly progress report in prescribed proforma to the Ex. Engineer (Const), Anjar
regularly without fail.
11. General Conditions :
1) The tenders shall remain open for acceptance at least for a period of Six Months, from the date of
opening of tenders.
2) The Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any
tender. The Executive Engineer (Const.), ANJAR reserves the right to reject any or all tender without
signing any reasons whatsoever.
3) The contractor should employee as Supervisor with sufficient qualification and experience who could
supervise the execution of work thought. He should always be present on the site.
4) The work should be commenced immediately from the date of receipt of instructions from office and
should be completed within thereafter.
5) The tender includes all minor accessories and items of work which hay not have been specifically
mentioned in the specification schedule etc. but are essential for completion of work. The contractor
will not be eligible for any extra payment in respect of such minor accessories and items of work.
6) Tenderer should be qualified only who have P. F. Registration, Service Tax Registration, Vat
Registration & Work Registration.
7) Service tax will be paid as per prevailing norms on production of service tax registration. And against
production of payment proof.
8) No higher rate of revised rate will be applicable for the work, if work is held up/ closed due to
whatever so reasons.
9) In case of any dispute/ doubt, the decision of Executive Engineer (Const), GETCO, ANJAR shall be
unchallengeable, final and binding to the contractor.
10) 10% retention money will be deducted from each R.A. Bills.
11) The tendered should furnished details of past experience of such jobs of similar nature completed by
him satisfactorily within the time limit in GETCO without this certificate offer shall be rejected out
rightly.
12) The quantum of the work as mention in estimate/ schedule –„B‟ is tentative and it can be very differ as
per site condition. The payment shall be made only on actual work executed or order quantity,
whichever is less.
13) The tenderer will be abide by and fulfill all the terms and provisions of the “Tender & Contract” for
works as applicable and incase of any default there to the GETCO shall for fit the S.D. or any other
action as may be decided by Executive Engineer (Const), GETCO, ANJAR.
14) The time limit for the work may be reduced and contractor should make all his efforts to complete the
work within stipulated time limit as may be given by the Engineer in charge depending upon
emergency of work, GETCO reserves the right to reduce the time limit without giving any notice.
15) The contractor has to remain in close day contact with D.E. (Civil), concern S/Dn Engineer in charge
of work who in turn shall issue detailed instruction for the commencement of the work.
16) Contractor will abide by and fulfill all the terms and conditions and general terms and condition of the
contract for works available in the office.
17) All other general terms and conditions as prevailing in the GETCO shall be applicable to the contract.
18) The contractor will have to complete entire job as per directive and instruction of Engineer in charge.
If he fails to do so entire work will be carried out at contractor‟s risk and cost.
19) The tender shall be issued to only the experience and contractor who has completed such job of
similar nature and magnitude satisfactorily in time. However, issuance of blank tender, will does not
qualifies the tenderer to offer the bid.

20) Tender offer without payment of EMD required certificate, documents, bar chart list of tools, tackles,
equipments etc. required for execution of job will be out rightly rejected without assigning any reason
thereof and decision of Executive Engineer (Const), Anjar will be final and unchallengeable.
21) The Contractor will be governed by The GETCO‟s general conditions of works contract. The Booklet
will be available in the concerned office in any working days. In the event of placing order, the
contractor will have to sign this booklet along with other document and agreement. All the usual terms
and conditions of the GETCO, through the same might have not been mentioned in this specification
or contractor booklet will applicable to this contract, and the decision of the Executive Engineer/
Superintending Engineer shall be binding on the contractor.
22) Specification in any items mentioned in tender are subject to change without any prior notice and
binding to the contractor.
23) GETCO shall deduct the Income-Tax and other taxes as per prevailing rules from each and every bill.
24) If required by GETCO you shall have to provide free to and fro traveling facility to our Junior Engineer
or Technical staff for the work.
25) The contractor shall not refuse to execute the work order at any time and it will be his sole
responsibility to execute and complete this work as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.
26) The contractor has to carry out all the works in accordance with revised and latest provision under
I.E. Rules Act made there under and as per instruction of Engineer in charge.
27) Registered class „A‟ contractors with the GETCO and having furnished Rs. 5 Lacs bank guarantee
towards lump sum permanent deposit are exempted from to renew / extend the validity of registration
and bank guarantee well in time before expiry dates.
28) The S.S.I. Industries will be exempted from the payment of Security Deposit provided a competency
certificate is issued by the Regional Division Officer of the National Small Scale Industries
Corporation to the effect that the firm is capable of executing the order.
29) No subcontractor, Power of Attorney shall be allowed.
30) No part rate or reduced rate shall be allowed in final bill.
31) The undersign reserve rights to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
Issuance of blank tender does not automatically qualifies the tenderers for award.
32) No tools, tackles, manpower, etc will be provided by the GETCO.
33) The contractor has to follow all labour laws, safety rules and regulations. The GETCO does not take
any responsibility in case of accident or injury to the workers. The safety/ security of men, materials
and equipments shall be sole responsibility of the contractor.
34) The compliances of all Central/ State Govt. rules, safety and insurance rules etc. and that of local
body, is a must condition for the agency.
35) The bidder shall specifically note that GETCO will not pay any extra amount towards any type of
claim except for the description indicated in Schedule – „B‟. The party has to carry out all other/
additional required activities/ works as directed by Engineer in charge which is not mentioned in
Schedule but required to be completed as per site condition and for this work no extra payment shall
be made by GETCO.
36) The contractor shall co-operate with the GETCO in recording measurement etc as expeditiously as
possible and he shall fulfill all the requirements which are necessary to finalize the accounts on the
basis of its records and pay him such amount as if found due to him together with the amount of
security deposit. If any remaining payable to him after deduction there from the amount due by him to
the GETCO. The GETCO shall not entertain further claim from thereafter.
37) The contractor shall not refuse to execute this work order at any time and it will be his sole
responsibility to execute and complete this work as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.
38) Electricity Rules:- All the works shall be carried out in accordance with latest rules
under Electricity Act.
39) The interpretation of specifications doubts etc.:- In case of any doubts about what is mentioned
in specification or schedule or elsewhere, the tenderer should get all doubts cleared from the
Department in writing and in advance of filling in the Tender. In case of difference of opinion about
interpretation of specification etc the decision of Executive Engineer will be final and shall be binding
to the contractor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WORK CONSTRUCTION OF
REVETMENT WALL FOR PROTECTION OF 220 KV TOWER FOUNDATION AT LOC. NO. 03, 41, 47
& 53 OF 220 KV NANIKHAKHAR – SHIVLAKHA LINE LILO AT 220 KV KUKMA S/S.”
1.0 SAFETY CODE:
1.01 There shall be maintained in a readily accessible place first aid appliances
including adequate supply of sterilized dressings and cotton wool.
1.02 An injured person shall be taken to a public hospital without loss of time, in case
where the injury necessities hospitalization.
1.03 Suitable and strong scaffolds should be provided for workmen for all works that
cannot safely be done from ground.
1.04 No portable single ladder shall be over 8 meters in length. The width between
the side rails shall not be less than 30cm (clear) and the distance between two
adjacent runs shall not be more than 30cm. When a ladder is used and extra
mazdoor shall be ensured for holding the ladder.
1.05 No floor, roof or other part of the structure shall be overloaded with debris or
materials as to render it unsafe.
1.07 (1) No paint containing lead or lead products shall be used expect in form of paste
or ready-made paint.
(2) Suitable facemasks should be supplied for use by the workers when the
paint is applied in the fork of spray or surface having lead paint dry rubber
and scrapped.
1.08 The contractor shall supply over all and adequate facilities shall to enable the
working painters to wash during the period of cessation of work.
1.09 Carpentry Tools and tackle used in the works including their attachments,
anchorage and supports shall be in perfect conditions.
1.10 The ropes used in the hoisting or lowering or as suspension shall be durable
quality and adequate strength and free from defects.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Following are the GETCO’s special conditions for this project and wherever these special
conditions contradict with similar conditions in this tender document, the following special
conditions shall prevail.
1.0 ARBITRATION
In view of Government of Gujarat’s directive the Arbitration Clause provided at Sr.No.30 of
the Chapter in Booklet of “TENDER AND CONTRACTOR THE WORKS” in Tender
specification and other related reference for Arbitration now stands deleted.
In its place following clause is to be substituted:
“ALL QUESTIONS, DISPUTED, DIFFERENCES, WHATSOEVER WHICH MAY AT ANY TIME ARISE
BETWEEN THE PARTIES TO THIS CONTRACT IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTRACT OR ANY
MATTER ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATION THERE TO, SHALL BE REFERRED TO THE
“GUJARAT PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS DISPUTE ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL” AS PER THE
PROVISIONS OF THE GUJARAT PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS DISPUTES ARBITRATIKON
TRIBUNAL ACT, 1992”
1.1 The reference to arbitration proceeding under this clause shall not:
(a) Affect the right of the Engineer-in-charge to take possession of all or any tools, plants
materials and stores, in our upon the work or site thereof belonging to the contractor or

thereof.
(b) Preclude the Engineer-in-charge from utilizing the materials purchased by the
Contractor in any work or from removing such materials to other place, during the
period the work is stopped or suspended in pursuance of notice given to the contractor
under General Conditions.
(c) Entitle the contractor to stop the progress of the work or carrying out the additional or
altered work in accordance with the provisions of General conditions or the work where
there is no specification.
(d) Preclude party is entitled to bring a claim to arbitration latest by thirty days after the
expiration of the defects liability period.
1.2 Neither party is entitles to bring a claim to arbitration latest by thirty days after the
expiration of the defects liability period.
1.3 The provisions of the Arbitration Act.1992, Gujarat Public Works Contract Disputes
Arbitration Tribunal Act, 1992, and rules made there under shall apply to the arbitration
proceeding under this clause.
2.0 The successful Bidder, on receipt of letter of intent will submit within a week’s time his
planning/ programme of works, for scrutiny of Gujarat Energy Transmission
Corporation Ltd. in a Pert/Bar Chart format, clearly indication GETCO’s inputs also.

3.0 Contractor will plan his works such that on all the fronts released by GETCO
simultaneous work should progress in such a way that entire job is completed in
schedule time limit.
4.0 The successful bidder will have to depute his authorized representative to attend
progress review meetings to be held either at the site or at GETCO’s, TR Circle Office/
Construction Division office at Anjar.
5.0 Security Deposit (5% of contract value) shall be payable by the contractor within fifteen
(15) days from the date of issue of intent. Security Deposit in approved form of Bank
Guarantee valid during the contractual period shall be acceptable. However, such Bank
Guarantee should not be reduced on the basis of the work actually done and the Bank
Guarantee should be kept valid till the maintenance period is over or passing of banal
bill after due scrutiny by technical and accounts section whichever is later. This shall
be refunded as per GETCO’s norm.
6.0 The contractor will be responsible for complying with all rules and regulations and
labour laws applicable to him and GETCO will responsible for any lapse committed by
them If there is any claim from any Government authority pertaining to the contract, the
same amount will be deducted from the Contractor’s bill.
7.0 The GETCO will not give the land required for office, godowns and for Labour Camp.
The contractor has to arrange at his cost.
8.0 THE TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION OF WORK IS STIPULATED AS
CALENDER MONTHS, WILL BE ADHERED TO.
9.0 As per tender conditions, the Electric Power shall be given at on mutually agreed point;
further distribution will have to be carried out by the contractor as per their
requirements at their cost. Necessary connection and consumption charges will be
recovered as per GETCO’s tariff/rate from time to time, as per GETCO’s rules.
10.0 The contractor’s rates should be firm and no variation clause is to be quoted by the
contractor’s and GETCO will not accept the same, during contractual period including
extended time limit if any.
11.0 THE GETCO WILL NOT PAY ANY TYPE OF ADVANCES INCLUDING
MOBILISATION ADVANCE.

Special Condition for use of Cement and steel in work:
1. The Rates in Schedule “B” is inclusive of Cement Cost. Contractor has to
Purchase Fresh 43/53 grade & PPC Cement Confirming to as per IS 8112
and approved brand by GETCO.
2. Contractor has to construct “Pucca Godown” at site of the work so that Cement bags
can be properly preserved to avoid damage due to any kind of Water.
3. Contractor has to bring sufficient Quantities of Cement Bags and at No time less
then 200 (Two Hundred) bags to maintain progress of work. The work should not
suffer for want of Cement.
4. Cement should give the required strength of Cement Concrete.
5. To bring sufficient and timely Cement at site is full responsibility of Contractor.
Nothing extra will be paid on account of any reason to maintain progress of work
and to complete the work in schedule time.
6. Contractor has to submit material A/C for consumption of Cement used with every
bill. In case of not submitting the same, bill will not be passed. Contractor has to
submit the copy of Cement Purchase Bill along with Each R.A. Bill / Final bill.
7. No negative variation will be allowed for consumption in Cement then prescribed as
per Booklet of Technical Specification of Board / Mix Design and nothing will be
paid extra for over consumption.
8. Contractor is fully responsible for safety of Cement at site; nothing will be paid
extra on account of safety.
9. If Board’s authorized representative wants to check cement stock at site, contractor
has to allow for the same at any time.
10. Contractor has to maintain day-to-day cement consumption / balance account at site.
11. As for as possible, Contractor has to maintain supply of cement of only one brand &
grade through out the work and on account of closer / shortage of approved brand,
cement of other brand in accordance of condition no (1) will be allowed by
Engineer-in-charge.
12. Minimum Cement consumption considered for Cement Concreting having Grade of
M-15 / M-20 / M-25 is 300 Kgs / 320 Kgs / 340 Kgs. Respectively. Contractor has
to use minimum Cement as above. Contractor should not use less than the prescribed
quantities of Cement even in the case of Mix-design recommends lower quantity.
13. Contractor will be allowed to carry out work only after Physical Verification of
Cement brought at site.
