Halftones and solids printed with only one plate –
no problem for nyloflex ® ACT
The ‘blueprint’ for nyloflex ® ACT was specifically the
printing of designs that combine halftone and solid
areas. The plate offers minimal dot gain in halftone
areas whilst ensuring a consistent ink lay down and
good solid densities. With an optimised shore hardness,
within the middle of the range, the nyloflex ® ACT completes
our product portfolio for high quality printing.

2) The processing parameters depend on amongst others the processing equipment, lamp age
and the type of washout solution. The above mentioned processing times were established on
nyloflex ® equipment. The processing times can differ from these when other equipment is used.
Therefore the above mentioned values are only to be used as a guide.
