2.3.3 Quarterly Analysis
When quarterly analysis is undertaken, an Excel workbook is created with the following individual
worksheets:
For each parameter chosen for analysis:
• A chart showing data from all sites
• A worksheet summarising all data for that period, for the sites chosen for analysis
• A quarterly report for each site summarising and charting statistics for the analysis quarter
and the previous four quarters.
Prior to completion of the macro, the user will be prompted to indicate whether a report is to be
printed. If the answer is yes, all quarterly reports will be printed in standard format for inclusion in,
for example, state of the environment reports.
A sample quarterly analysis report is provided as Figure 2.7.
