3.5 INVESTMENTS
The investments of the Gorenje Group amounted to a total of EUR 76,807 thousand, of which EUR
71,290 thousand accounted for property, plant and equipment, and EUR 5,518 thousand for intangible
assets.

3.5.1 HOME APPLIANCES DIVISION

Investments totalled EUR 58,550 thousand, of which the majority were within the parent company
(EUR 36,480 thousand) and in the companies Gorenje Invest, d.o.o. (EUR 5,918 thousand), Gorenje
Tiki, d.o.o., Ljubljana and Stara Pazova (EUR 2,503 thousand), and Gorenje Polska Sp.z o.o. (EUR
3,237).
• conclusion of a project involving a new generation of refrigerator-freezers of
the 540 mm range
• purchase of technological equipment and tools for the project involving 600
freestanding cookers, in-built cookers and new cooking hobs
• purchase of technological equipment and computer software
• replacement of obsolete logistic equipment
• completion of a business, warehouse and exhibition centre in the company
Gorenje Polska Sp. z o.o.;
• construction of business-commercial centre in Belgrade.

The majority of investments within this division were made by the company Gorenje Notranja
