Annual Report Gorenje Group 2009

The Management Board confirms that to the best of its knowledge the financial report has been
prepared in compliance with the accounting reporting framework and that is gives a true and fair view
of assets and liabilities, the financial position and profit or loss of the parent company and other
companies included in the consolidation of the Gorenje Group. The Management Board also confirms
that a fair presentation of information about relevant transactions with affiliated persons has been
included in the business report; it has been prepared in compliance with the applicable legislation and
the International Financial Reporting Standards.
The President and members of the Management Board of Gorenje, d.d. are familiar with the contents
of integral parts of the annual report of Gorenje, d.d. and the Gorenje Group for 2009, and thus also
with the entire annual report. We agree with the annual report and hereby confirm this with our
signatures.
