ANDREJ PRESEČNIK<br />

Member of the Supervisory Board<br />

He is a university graduate in agriculture. Since 2004 he has worked for one of the largest agricultural<br />

cooperatives in Slovenia: Zgornjesavinjska kmetijska zadruga Mozirje. He has worked for the<br />

cooperative since the year 1981. Before taking up the office of the manager he carried out duties and<br />

functions ranging from the head of a consulting department to the head of a commercial department. In<br />

the years 1990-1992 he was chairman of the Assembly of the Municipality of Mozirje, in the years<br />

1994-2002 he was an active member of the municipal council of the Municipality Mozirje. In the years<br />

1998-2003 he was a member of the council of RTV Slovenije. He performed functions in various bodies<br />

of the cooperative association of Slovenia. He is a member of the management committee of<br />

Kapitalska zadruga that is the majority owner of Deželna banka Slovenije and a member of the<br />

supervisory board of Ljubljanske mlekarne.<br />

GREGOR SLUGA M. SC.<br />

Member of the Supervisory Board<br />

Since 2003 he has worked as an adviser to the director of KD <strong>Group</strong>. He graduated from the Faculty of<br />

Economics in Ljubljana and in 2000 he completed his M.Sc. thesis on management and organisation<br />

(in the field of finance) also at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. After a period of traineeship he<br />

entered the service at the Ministry of Finance as a secretary of the then Securities and Stock Exchange<br />

Commission. When the Securities Market Agency was established in 1994 he became a head of the<br />

licensing department. He had various duties in the Agency until 2003, since 1999 he was an assistant<br />

to the director and a head of the securities market sector. Since 2003 he has been an adviser to the<br />

director in KD <strong>Group</strong>. He was a member of several supervisory boards, also in companies abroad.<br />

IVAN ATELŠEK<br />

Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board<br />

He was a director of <strong>Gorenje</strong> from 1953 when he took over the management of the metal-working<br />

company in the village of <strong>Gorenje</strong>. He carried out the function to the year 1980. Under his authority the<br />

company initially assembled crushers. Later on it started producing solid fuel and electric cookers<br />

under the name Tovarna štedilnikov <strong>Gorenje</strong>. In the year 1960 the development of <strong>Gorenje</strong> actually<br />

started when the company moved to the temporary location in Velenje. In 1964 the company moved to<br />

the present location. In that period <strong>Gorenje</strong> developed quickly and became one of the most successful<br />

and largest European producers of household appliances, white goods, sanitary equipment, TV-sets,<br />

and other household equipment. He was Vice-President of Ljubljanska banka from 1980 to 1982 when<br />

he was elected Chairman of the management committee of the energy engineering community of<br />

Slovenia. He retired in 1985. Until now he has remained in contact with the economy and <strong>Gorenje</strong>. He<br />

has shared his considerable knowledge and experience with other economists. He received an award<br />

of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia for notable economic achievements and the highest state<br />

decorations. He was also a member of the first parliament of the Republic of Slovenia. In 1998 he was<br />

elected in the supervisory board of the company for the first time.<br />
