COMPANY - TRANSACTIONS WITH THE AUDITING FIRM Note 40 - Transactions with the auditing firm Pursuant to Article 57 of the Companies Act, the audit of Gorenje, d.d. was conducted by the auditing firm KPMG Slovenija d.o.o. in the period from 20 January to 29 January 2010 and the auditor's report was issued on 2 April 2010.
