GROUP - 12. JOINT VENTURES The Group holds a proportionate 49.344 percent share in Istrabenz Gorenje energetski sistemi, d.o.o., Nova Gorica and its subsidiaries. The Group and the holding company Istrabenz, d.d. hold an equivalent share in the company.
