2. Introduction to the seminar, rules of procedure and main outcomes expected by

3. Discussion on sufficiency of representation of habitats in the proposed
Emerald sites
The discussion will be organised habitat by habitat, examining site proposals in all biogeographical
regions. There will be no separate sessions devoted for each biogeographical
region.
