ACUTA Corporate Affiliate Memberships
ACUTA offers corporations a unique opportunity to network and interact with higher education communications
and collaboration technology leaders from across the country and beyond. Being a member provides benefits
such as access to publications, opportunities for special marketing options, discounts on promotional avenues,
and much more. Below you will find information on the four levels of membership and the myriad of benefits
included under each.
Special Note: New and enhanced benefits are noted below in red. These will go into effect July 1, 2013 for all
members in good-standing.
Corporate membership levels available are: (membership level is selected by the company)
Copper: $829/yr, includes core benefits for 2 corporate personnel
Bronze: $1639/yr, includes core benefits for 5 corporate personnel, plus Bronze benefits
Silver: $2359/yr, includes core benefits for 8 corporate personnel, plus Silver and Bronze benefits
Gold: $3279/yr, includes core benefits for 15 corporate personnel, plus Gold, Silver and Bronze benefits *Increased
from 12 for 2013/14 member year
Copper level member benefits include:
• 10% discount to any of The SIP School’s courses *NEW BENEFIT for 2013/14
• Complimentary and unlimited access to 33 web-streamed sessions from past ACUTA events. (You will
need to login using your online ID and password to access these sessions. 8 are available immediately and 25 will be
available in October, 2013.) *NEW BENEFIT for 2013/14
• Access to "members-only" sections of ACUTA website, including:
o The online ACUTA Membership Directory
o The online ACUTA Community, which includes the popular listserv and other online forums
• Member personnel listed in Membership Directory as well as in the online member search
• Unlimited registrations to six free timely, hot-topic ACUTA Webinars a year (Free webinars will be advertised
as such)
• Special savings to include:
o Discounted member rates on exhibit booths at ACUTA events, such as the Winter Seminar, Annual
Conference and Fall Seminar
o Discounted member rates on Conference/Seminar registration for up to two company personnel
o 15% member discounts on ACUTA Journal Advertising
o $525 Discount on rates for mailing lists
• Special participation opportunities available only to corporate members, to include:

• One complimentary ACUTA mailing list per year ($75 value)
• Bolded entry in printed list of meeting exhibitors and sponsors
• Membership Level highlighted on Exhibitor/Sponsor Web listing
• Special signage for recognition in exhibit halls
• An increase to 5 total points toward exhibit/sponsor preferences
• Discounted member rates on Conference/Seminar registration for up to five company personnel
• 10% discount on ads within the Guide to Products and Services section of the Membership Directory

Silver Membership Benefit Enhancements:
All of the items listed above under Copper and Bronze membership, plus the following:
• An increase to two complimentary ACUTA mailing lists per year ($150 value)
• Larger signage for recognition in exhibit hall at all ACUTA events
• Special name badge ribbons for all company personnel at ACUTA events
• An increase to 8 total points toward exhibit/sponsor preferences
• Discounted member rates on Conference/Seminar registration for up to eight company personnel
• Logo included in the special corporate member acknowledgement within the summer issue of the ACUTA
Journal
• 15% discount on ads within the Guide to Products and Services section of the Membership Directory

• An increase to 20% discount on ACUTA Journal ads *Increased from 15% for 2013/14 member year

• 20% discount on ads within the Guide to Products and Services section of the Membership Directory

• Gold member companies will be partnered with an ACUTA Board member, who will serve as an additional
