performance-wear vest and jacket designed specifically for women
who shoot birds and clays. The company has since grown and now
produces a complete collection of bespoke products that appeals to
anyone with a love of smart outdoor style and a chic country look.
Good Shot Design is made for women and men who want the highest
quality, tailored look of tweed with a modern touch. Hand cut and
sewn in England, all products are water resistant, fully lined, and
trimmed in waterproof suede.
Good Shot Design is also now the exclusive US distributor of John
Field, a collection of high-performance, smart rainwear and apparel
from Belgium. John Field clothing also has roots in shooting,
designed specifically to be highly technical, while featuring elegant
details and a modern style. Perfected over the years by 3 generations
of the founding family, whose primary focus has been sourcing and
developing the most innovative materials, all garments are
developed for a purpose, based on weather, temperature, and the
environment.

GOOD SHOT DESIGN
SIGNATURE COLLECTION
Good Shot Design fitted tweeds are made by hand in England of
100% water-resistant wool. They are designed for performance in
the field, but cut a modern silhouette with their sophisticated
tailoring. Contrasting color is incorporated in refined fun details like
the alcantara lining a cutout cuff, the underside of a collar, and the
edges of triple pockets. The interior of all products is fully lined in
brights like pink, robins egg blue, gold, or orange. Elbow and back
vents on the Bloomsbury provide a bright pop of color. Many
products also feature a full double zip in the front with a button
storm flap, and flattering adjustable half belts at the back. All of the
Good Shot Design products are available in a variety of tweed
combinations.
The focus at Good Shot Design is now on growing the line to the
next level, bringing the sophisticated charm and elegance of the
original pieces to new products and expanding the collection to
include a line for men as well. Good Shot Design also offers a lighter
line of cottons for warmer climates and safari adventures.

JOHN FIELD COLLECTION
John Field was established when the founding family of a Belgian
company that specializes in highly technical garments, textiles, and
equipment, combined their R&D expertise with their passion for
hunting, nature, and the sporting tradition. Since 1965 John Field has
been creating technical weather resistant clothing for the outdoor,
horse riding and shooting markets.
Technical fabrics include TEX³, a microfiber produced from an
environmentally friendly production process of recycled materials
such as polyester and bamboo; Mosquito Protection, a non-toxic
fabric treatment that enables the fabric to repel mosquitoes, ticks and
horseflies; Chamude® man-made leather offers the elegance of real
leather yet withstands rain, sleet and snow; Technopile®, an
advanced fabric that possesses high heat insulation value although
the fabric is light, breathable, and doesn’t pill.
All rain gear is ultra lightweight, waterproof, and breathable, with
key details like fleece-lined hand-warming chest pockets, magnetic
pocket flaps, a discrete hood attachment system, leg attachment
system inside the coat, and an opening in the back flap for
horseback. In deep olive with discreet orange high-visibility detail,
the Hurricane is both functional and chic.
