CONCLUSION
Qatar is a dynamic market with excellent growth potential. By transferring reliance on
oil profits to modern health facilities, tourism infrastructure, and western style
education institutions, the Qatari government aims to establish a forward-looking and
highly skilled population. However, with the fast-paced growing markets the Qatari
government is not always able to establish necessary laws and procedures which
business requires. Sometimes regulations are not widely published and are at times
enforced with little or no consultation with the private sector.
