'Qatarisation' A Qatarisation initiative is in place which aims to surge the number of Qatari residents in the public sector workforce. The Labour Law (Law No. (14) Of 2004) presents Qatarisation initiatives for private sector entities. The employment of Qatari nationals is one of the measures taken into account when tax exemptions are decided.
