Storytelling (2pm and 4pm)
Free admission, oral narrative.
"Musecuentos" (The objects tell my story)
Storytelling (Oral Narration) for children 6 to 12 years.
Two storytellers will share literary stories and to do that, in every story an object that lives in the museum will
be highlighted.
This activity will serve as an illustration or a support to what is expressed primarily through the spoken word,
gesture and body language. In some cases tell stories with objects will trigger the stories to be shared with the
public.
Bearing in mind that when tales are primarily aimed at the younger ones, they usually are accompanied by
adults, the opportunity will then become a space for everyone.
The activity will aim to raise awareness of the important role for museums in society, being a meeting point of
culture, celebrating the meeting of the objects, stories and words.

Children come and hear stories in museums (from 10am to
7pm)
Free admission, visit, educational programme.
Coordinated program for elementary school students to take a
tour in the museum and have time for questions,
photographs, notes that will be completed by the school
program with a written description of the lived experience in
the museum.

Museo Municipal de Arte
El Museo y la Gente (10am – 1pmy 5pm - 8pm)
Free entry, inauguration, visit, show, playing activity, educational programme.
Our programme was born from the idea that visitors are part of the museum’s heritage during these
celebrations. Our activities will take place during the whole month of May inside and outside the Museo
Municipal de Arte’s installations.
We are able to organize this activity thanks to the participation of the museum’s team and of artists working in
the fields of audiovisual, music or theatre.
We will show the audiovisual register of activities organized by the museum inside and outside the institution
over the last few years.
