The Menlo Survey Federal Credit Union Board of
Directors has declared a 0.10% dividend per annum
on Regular Share Accounts for the quarter ending
June 30, 2013. This dividend was credited to your
account on July 1, 2013.
IRA Accumulation rate is tied to the IRA CD rate.

A Favorite Recipe
A Cool Summer Dish from Bridget Dillender
Lemon Lush Dessert
:2 cups flour
1 cup butter
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
2 (3.4 oz) packages of instant lemon pudding mix
3½ cups milk
½ cup whipped cream or cool whip for topping
Preheat oven to 350. Cut the butter and flour together,
stir in walnuts and press into the bottom of a 13 x 8
baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes and then cool.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup cool
whip together. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding
mix and milk for 3-5 minutes. Spread evenly over the
cream cheese layer. Chill until set, then top with either
whipped cream or more cool whip and serve.
