Run up to 12 gels at once with this system. With enough materials for a large class to
perform agarose gel electrophoresis simultaneously or two classrooms to share, this
versatile, yet economical package contains everything you need to perform a variety of
biotechnology investigations. Three variable-voltage power supplies allow you to run
up to six dual-gel chambers simultaneously from 10–140V. The system also includes a
lab activity, with enough prepared agarose to run eight gels, to introduce students to
agarose gel electrophoresis.

Innovative Features Designed Especially for Science Education
This durable unit includes features for both safety and convenience. The
seamless plastic injection molded chamber includes covered platinum wires
and thick rubber end dams that fit snugly, yet are easy to place on and off. A
magnetic lid also ensures closed circuit electrical flow only when lid is firmly in
place. Prevent condensation with its domed lid and retractable electrical leads in
the sides of the chamber. The stackable unit can run one or two gels simultaneously.
Includes two casting trays, four rubber end dams, and four 8/16 dual combs.
